¡FELIZ DÍA DEL LIBRO!// HAPPY BOOK DAY!

Faltan unos días para El Día del Libro y es una fecha especial para recordar lo importante que es leer. Los libros nos acompañan desde que somos niños y nos ayudan a aprender, imaginar y entender mejor el mundo que nos rodea.

Cuando leemos, viajamos sin movernos del lugar. Conocemos personas diferentes, otros países y épocas pasadas. Los libros también nos ayudan a entender nuestros sentimientos y a ver que no estamos solos en lo que pensamos o sentimos.

Leer es una forma de tomarnos un tiempo para nosotros. En un mundo con muchas pantallas y prisas, abrir un libro nos permite estar tranquilos, concentrarnos y disfrutar del momento. No importa si es una novela, un cuento, un cómic o un poema: todos los libros tienen algo que enseñarnos.

Este año, además, el Día del Libro será aún más especial porque vendrá un escritora famosa, Lucia Gutiérrez Gómez. Tendremos la oportunidad de conocerla, escuchar cómo escribe sus historias y hacerle preguntas. Será un momento único para aprender de alguien que vive de la literatura y para descubrir cómo nacen los libros que tanto nos gustan.

Celebrar este día es muy sencillo: leer un rato, regalar un libro, visitar una biblioteca o hablar con alguien sobre una historia que nos haya gustado. Y, por supuesto, participar en las actividades preparadas para la visita del escritor.

Leer nos hace más curiosos, más creativos y más libres. Por eso, en el Día del Libro y todos los días, vale la pena abrir un libro y dejarse llevar por sus historias. 

Book Day is just around the corner, a special occasion to remember the importance of reading. Books have been with us since childhood, helping us learn, imagine, and better understand the world around us.

When we read, we travel without leaving our seats. We discover different people, other countries, and past eras. Books also help us understand our feelings and realize we're not alone in what we think or feel.

Reading is a way to take time for ourselves. In a world filled with screens and constant rushing, opening a book allows us to relax, focus, and enjoy the moment. Whether it's a novel, a short story, a comic, or a poem, all books have something to teach us.

This year, Book Day will be even more special because renowned author Lucia Gutiérrez Gómez will be visiting. We'll have the opportunity to meet her, hear her write her stories, and ask her questions.
